Commercial Pot Washer for Central Kitchens & Commissaries

For central kitchens and commissaries, the CE-UWL sustains 20–30 racks/hour to clear the bulk pots, hotel pans and mixing bowls produced by batch cooking, with the lowest water-per-rack on the comparison set keeping utility cost down at volume.

Volume and continuity

Batch production generates cookware in waves — bulk stock pots, GN hotel pans and mixing vessels arriving together as each batch finishes. Sustained 20–30 racks/hour throughput and a quick 3–5 minute cycle keep the wash area from backing up and the production line from waiting on clean vessels.

Utility cost at scale

At 3.6 L per rack — the lowest on the comparison set — water and heating cost per item stays low across the thousands of cycles a commissary runs each year. Because every litre of rinse water is heated to 85 °C, the low water-per-rack figure discounts both the water bill and the energy bill on every cycle.

Power options for any site

The standard 380V/3-phase machine carries its 27.4 kW load efficiently; for commissaries in older or leased buildings without three-phase service, the 220V/1-phase variant installs on existing power without an electrical upgrade — specified at order time and wired at the factory.

Fleet standardization

One model across sites simplifies parts, consumables and operator training, and a fault on any unit is fixed the same way as on the others. Multi-unit orders fill a single container, and a standardized fleet scales capacity with the number of units rather than one larger, more complex line.

What it cleans

Bulk stock pots, GN hotel pans, mixing vessels, utensils and changeover tooling — the full batch-production cookware load.
