Hygiene in production
Food-contact tooling and pans demand repeatable sanitizing with no chemical residue. The 85 °C thermal rinse sanitizes with heat alone, leaving nothing behind on the surface and removing a per-cycle sanitizer consumable from the line’s operating cost — a fit for the hygiene discipline a production environment requires.
Build for a wet, hot, salty environment
A processing wash area runs hot, humid and chemically loaded all day. SUS 304 throughout the chamber and structure resists the chloride pitting that degrades lower-grade steel, targeting a 7–10 year service life where a SUS 430 build would corrode within a few years.
Throughput for production runs
At 20–30 racks/hour with a 3–5 minute cycle, the machine keeps pans and tooling moving back into the line during a run, rather than letting soiled tooling accumulate and stall changeovers.
